The staff at the Holyoke Meineke were great!! Asked them to check out a rear tire that I knew something was wrong and they showed me the piece of metal that was in the tire!!!!! I am off to buy 4 new tires because I already was looking and comparing.

Guy in the front is amazing. He tells you what it is what it's gonna cost and he will even bring you to the back while the vehicle is on the lift and show you what's up. The guys in the back just get it done and they get it done fast. Amazing teamwork!

Very friendly professional service. Saved me money after Hyundai told me i had an oil seal problem. Meineke said all i needed was bolt tightening on my oil pan. The only thing about the visit was Meineke forgetting to rotate my tires but i wasn't charged. I will take care on my next visit.

Meineke is great but I give a 4 star because I got charge for tire rotation, when meineke is known for free rotation with the oil service.

Courteous staff. What can I say all I went there for was an oil change. I got an oil change and also got my tires rotated. I would recommend the m because they do not push for more services and as I stated they are courteous.
