I dont think going back maybe to fix the last 2 things but im never going back, i was told the oxygen sensor was bad over 2 years ago only for them to avoid doing maitenance on my transmission and making sure its destroyed so they can keep milking money off me. Great way to scam your customer

The Meineke on University Drive is the only auto repair shop I take my KIA to. Since 2016, I have unfortunately had several experiences with two other auto shops in South Florida where I have felt taken advantage of. I began taking my KIA to the University Drive Meineke in 2023. I have been very happy with their work and trust the shop's owner (Juan Chiappini) and his store manager (Hank). I highly recommend them.

The tire pressure light in my car was on . This happened a couple months ago and it was a nail and the tire had to be changed angled and repaired. This time it just needed air. The tires were fully checked. Really liked the efficient and friendly service at no cost

after 8 years of servicing our family vehicles we bought the car in for oil high temp. they charged us close to $400 to refill a secondary coolant tank. nothing else was wrong. i would have gladly paid an hour of labor and $40 for coolant but they charged i think 3hrs. for labor plus testing and the coolant. We tolerated the above average pricing in the past but this crossed the line and we found a new mechanic shop.

I went with my car for the same problem four times to change the engine bases and for not installing original parts, the parts that are installed are very bad and only last a few days or a few months. From May 2022 to January 2023, I have been to Meineke 4 times for the same problem. Poor quality of the products. I decided to change the workshop, no more!. I lost money and time.
