I chose the shop largely based on the rating and I wasn't disappointed. I walked in, with a relatively new tire that had gone flat. Another shop had been unable to find a leak, but the technician showed me a likely cause and presented options for a replacement. I was out the door with a new tire in about the time the other shop told me they couldn't find a problem.

I had two new tires put on and rotated so that the new tires were on the front drive wheels. The job was completed in less than two hours. I am always satisfied with the quality and cost of the work at this establishment.

They tell you one thing over the phone then when you arrive they change things up , was there for 3.5 hours and little did I know my car had not even been worked on yet and I was the first appointment of the day bad communication & no respect for time .

This shop is great! They're transparent about the things they find, offering recommendations and opinions to help you decide what you want to do. Perhaps more importantly, they do quality work for a fair price. Aside from the mechanic side of the business, the shop offers shuttle and/or valet service to minimize the disruption to your workday. Lastly, the work is performed as scheduled, and you get the vehicle back when promised.

I have been a customer here forever and would not buy tires from anywhere else. They are always so friendly and always ready to answer any questions I may have at any time. They are also usually able to work you in at a moment's notice and will take you home if you have to leave your car and pick you up later. A great and well trusted family business.

I called Meckfessel on Monday morning and arranged to have my tire repaired/replaced. I dropped off the car Tuesday morning, and it was ready for my by noon the same day. The guys at Meckfessel are always kind, accommodating and efficient, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.
