It took slightly longer than I anticipated, but work was completed as requested, and service manager madebcontact during that time. Cost was less than originally quoted, although some work was unable to be done at that time. Waiting area was comfortable and beverages and snack were available if one desired them.

The tech's did not check my fluids, and I noticed that my oil looked the same as when I took it in. The oil did not look clear like it should look. also they didn't wash or clean my car like they said they would do. I was not happy with the outlook of things. I feel for the price they should have done their job.

Dorian and the boys (Tony, Luke, and Adrian) welcomed me with open arms. They underpromised and over delivered on every part of the process. I used to be a die hard Toyota / Honda guy and they have exceeded all my expectations. I've even been to other Nissan stores and these guys are something else definitely recommend!

Much better. After my initial complaint, Dorian from the Service Department called and told me he wanted to make things right. He offered to pick up the car if needed. After taking the car in, he found the pun ture in the tire and it has been good since. Thank you for your dedication to service!

Not only was the service spot on , it was done quickly and thoroughly. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. I especially appreciated the service gentleman going over the diagnostic report with me. It was all done in about 30 minutes. McGavock Nissan is top-notch when it comes to customer service. They changed the oil & filter and air filter in a reasonable amount of time. They washed my car. They did not vacuum it. When I asked, they took it and vacuumed the front floorboard only. Did not vacuum the back floorboards.
