Horrible experience. They called me and texted me a few times saying the car was there on site, when we got there, they told us it's sold. It's a common strategy used by dealership to lure people to site but not a good practice , disappointed as we thought Toyota dealer doesn't play this kind of game.

No real problems. Service dept. provided a a vehicle because parts had to be ordered and repairs would take more than one day. Repairs were completed sooner than expected because parts arrived sooner than expected. All services complete to my satisfaction and no unexpected or surprise additions. Great service and congeniality.

From the minute I drove into the service department, I was greeted and asked what I needed to be done. I was kept informed every step of the way with an actual video while the car was being serviced. Waiting area was clean and comfortable with bottled water and coffee and wifi for your laptop if you needed to work while waiting. Highly recommend their service department!

Engaging staff, courteous, knowledgable, certainly EFFICENT. I've had over 23 new autos since 1990 (primarily company vehices).The Mazda CX30 is my personal auto. Mazda Gastonia Service Dept is absolutely BEST and has standards other service dept should strive to attain. Stoney & Daisy specifically in the dept deserve recognition. TK - vehicle owner.

The service department people were most courteous. However, the mileage until another change was not reset, so I have to question whether or not it was done. I also didn't receive a video review of tire wear which normally is included when I have a tire change. Did it get done?
