When I took my vehicle in for service my On-Star worked fine. When I picked it up it didn't. I said something to the service manager and he said it wasn't their fault. I had to make another appointment to take it back and then they charged me $150 to tell me that On-Star didn't work and it would cost me $600 to replace the On-Star module.

I brought the truck in for programming update and intereactive cruise disabled light on. The service was just a convienence. I was told cruise was checked and operated properly and I thought maybe programming update fixed problem. I paid and got in truck and light is still on

An appointment only means the car is there. Not that someone is scheduled to work on it. The greet staff is great, but the waiting area is far outdated and based on the problem with the appointment process, you can be there a long time. I ask them to check car carefully as I am a senior lady, but no one told me that it was out of line and my tires went. I bought new ones elsewhere, had car aligned and get quick care for them.

Extremely busy day for GMC , seems like everyone in the area , post hurricane Helene, was trying to get their cars done. Even tho so very hectic, Charles was able to get everything done on my car so that I wouldn't have to come back. I so appreciated that, more than words can say!! Great service!!!

GMC Masters at Augusta Georgia had to replace a defective Air Bag Inflator that was under a Nation Wide Recall for certain Zin number vehicles within the 2015 year manufacturer. It was done in the timeframe given when I dropped off the vehicle. No problems noted. Generally speaking the service at this dealership is very good. Recommend for servicing your GMC and Other GM vehicles.
