The worst service experience from top to bottom. They held me car for 1.5 days without even starting the service. They gave me the runaround every time I called and I could not get in touch with the service manager after multiple attempts. This dealership should be shut down!

The dealership didn't have the car that I came to look at, even though I contacted them ahead of time and they assured me it was there. They had a random customer on a test drive drive us to an unattended lot to see it. It wasn't there either. I felt like my daughter and I were being abducted.

Although they did not have my original used car available that I was shopping for they had a huge inventory to choose from. Our sales associate was very upfront and professional. Horrible. Absolutely the worst actually. While the salesman was nice the car had no gas, a flat tire, windshield wipers were all ripped. The oil needed a change on top of the key being broken, the hood not staying open, generally just a mess. Took me a week to even get it drivable for them to fix the tire and change the oil. Never addressed any of the other issues. Oh and they also lost my license

I did not have a good experience at this last oil change. The appointment took much longer than it was told to me. When finally done they did not inform me where the car was left so it took me !5 mins to find it! The dealership did not even bother to wash the car afterwards and also changed my seat settings! Will not be using this dealership in future.

Had my oil changed and had to turn around after a call from the service department to turn around for them to check to see if the oil was leaking because they found oil on the parking spot I was in. The dealership needs to have better customer service and the dealership itself is not to the standard of other Maserati dealerships. Especially when you are buying cars that are over 100k.

Left a tool in my car that scratched the steering wheel, no accountability. No loaners are ever available. Had the car for SIX WEEKS. Then the car came back with a rattling noise. Completely incompetent scanners. Do not go here unless you enjoy being aggravated.

car was in for the 2nd time "low battery" warning light and they didn't fix it (again!) .... finally the 3rd time i brought vehicle to them (after this visit) actually told me to go to a "real" Land Rover dealer for service - they (Alpha Romeo) don't know what they're doing .... really tired of the incompetence from this dealership from the sales, to financing to service dept. ALL lacking!

I do not recommend this dealership for any service on your vehicle. Problem with vehicle was not rectified , service advisor never provided a receipt for work performed & avoided my calls to Schedule a follow up visit to correct the problem with the vehicle. Very unprofessional.
