Oil was way overfilled, the oil was clean but the filter was not, it had an old dirty oil filter on it. The air filter box was missing one screw and one was only halfway tightened down. The air filter itself was installed so that the lip was mashed into the air box. The brake lights were out until a nice county sheriff let me know. I am going through it doing a complete service as I now don't trust their service department.

We requested an oil change and a"tire rotate and balance". The service advisor argued with us that balancing tires is not needed. He claimed that was old technology and no longer needed. This is the 2nd time we experienced this style of argument about a service we were requesting.

Fixed one problem but baselessly blamed me for GM's part failure after the fact. Refused to replace another part they had previously agreed was bad after the replacement part showed up but problem wasn't occurring when I came back in.
Will try another service shop from now on.

Not very customer friendly place, especially the blond out of a bottle lady with a large amount of silicone in her chest.i have been a ranch in Oklahoma for 40 years and have a farm tax card for agriculture repairs . She refused to all me to use my farm tax card. even though the truck was a farm truck with a farm tag from state of Oklahoma on it. Then she informed me I was ignorant to the tax laws of the state of Oklahoma.

50 miles added to my car and 1/4 tank of gas used. What "recommended maintenance" was done??? Issues were fixed from when I first bought car in September after part finally came in. Glenpool service department had better communication than Sapulpa/route 66 location but both need improvement!
