My experience at Mahwah Ford was excellent. Michelle, my service coordinator was upfront and honest about what was needed and what it would cost, which I appreciated! Also, she is friendly and professional. I take my car here whenever it needs service.

I arranged to have a new battery put into my 2014 Ford Focus two day's before I would visit the dealership, they arranged and made sure that they had the correct battery for my car. I arrived on the set day and within 1 hour the car was finished and complete. I could not have done any better myself and the entire process was painless less the cost of the repair. I could NOT be MORE happy with how this went. Thanks Mahwah FORD .

I liked scheduling service online. I liked the fast and convenient service. I didn't like that the invoice did not list all the service performed. It was lumped into some kind of special called the works, but did not list what that is. Seems they brought the vehicle over to the quick lube next store. I think customers should know that up front.

Had called this dealership previously to find out if they do transmission flush and Michelle from the service department responded was very helpful. When I brought my car in for service I met Michelle, she handled my service order she was very informative and pleasant to deal with.

I only go to Pot of Gold for my oil changes. They are always extremely pleasant. They bring items of concern to my attention but NEVER pressure me into any services that I'm not ready to commit to. I highly recommend them.

The technicians did not properly diagnose an issue I was having with my truck. I had two issues and they discovered a third problem and claimed to have fixed it, but when I left the shop I noticed the same issue was still there. They also charge you a high fee to even diagnose your problem. So if you decide to hold off or can't afford to fix it immediately they still charge you the fee. I don't think I will return here in the future.

Great friendly staff. Was only there for oil change and overall inspection and that's what I paid for didn't try to "sell" anything else. Everyone to greeters taking car to staff behind the counters. Even the sales people were very friendly when coming into waiting room.

I went with a coupon for $59.99 for oil change and tire rotation. I was told I couldn't use the coupon but they would take $5 off. My oil change came to $106 and they never took the $5 off. I've been going there for many many years but have lately been feeling like I'm getting ripped off. Time to find another place to get my oil changed

The service dept. was very efficient . People very nice and accomodating . Service was done in a timely manner and I was able to browse new cars and use the lounge while I waited . I just moved into the area and it was the first time I have used this dealer . I will continue to do so .
