The service was really good. Brett was able to help me get the truck taken care of and helped me get into a vehicle while my truck was being fixed. He also was responsive and polite when I was getting updates on my truck. The downside, Mac Haik Pasadena only does rentals. So anyone who doesn't have an extended warranty can expect to pay out of pocket for temporary transportation.

Customer service at quick lane was fair but the tech maintenance guy in my vehicle had the audacity to get inside with his greasy hands and put stains on my leather and steering wheel and all through out the outside of the truck with out even wiping it down. I've been going here for over 3 years but not anymore!!!

Well price was never up to what I was looking for car has a trade value of $4500 but yet they were asking over $8000 for it. They also had an addendum with extra fees. I am sure car ended up at auction and sold for less than the $7500 I offered for it
