Mini of Tempe is a first class service experience! My daughter is in school in Arizona and has a 2015 Mini Cooper we had to take her car in for service there and the experience was great!! Loaners if you need one and also provide you with an Uber or Lyft is needed! Not to mention the video diagnostic that is sent, all in all we love it.

I took it to another shop that charged me to inspect it and didn't give me any recommendations, but I took it too Mini dealer and they did a free inspection gave me recommendations and I had them fix a few things. They were very prompt and always got back to me. I would definitely recommend them.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the experience. Friendly and professional staff upfront and thorough techs in back. Maybe it was deceptive on my part, but there were two issues I expected to pop up, if they were looking for them. Well, much to my satisfaction, they caught these things and were able to address them that day. Very pleased with the team there at MINI of Tempe!

They got us in and out
We were on our way to an appointment, when our brakes started to make a grinding sound. As we left our appointment, we decided to go have our brakes checked.
They got us right in. Since we were there we added a couple of things. They were able to do it all in a timely manner.

The battery was failing. Cody fit us in on sort notice. The new battery was installed and even though it was three years old, the warranty covered the replacement! Amazing! Mini of Tempe is great to work with. Cody (service advisor) and the techs have always done first rate work!
