I liked the staff explaining what was needed, and why. I liked being able to get an appointment that fit my schedule. I liked their prompt service, as I waited for my car repair, and it did not take all day although the repairs were somewhat extensive. I like the staff, and have worked with Scotty, Jim, Ed, and a few others;
they are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this shop after having my car at 2 dealership and one other shop with no progress Scotty and his team were able to get my car running and driving within a week! This is the best shop. I know a fair amount about cars and do many of my own repairs and maintenance. They have never tried to sell me something that was not needed. When a part they installed failed, they stood behind it, including a loner car and paying the tow.
