We have been going to Bloomington Hyundai for years but we had an issue with our Equus. Over the course of about a year and a half we took our car in 5 times and they were unable to find the problem. Took a chance and went to Burnsville Hyundai and we finally have our car repaired. Randy Kosnopfal in the service dept. was amazing.

Dealer responded quickly but the car had already sold. Kudos on the response time, but it would have been nicer to have the car removed from the site when it was sold two days earlier to eliminate me reaching out or a sales rep having to waste their time telling me so.

Overall a really good experience. In and out quick, good customer service and a nice waiting area. Prices are a little high, but it's a dealer so just expect that. I've gone there before for some big ticket items and the price was lower than out in town so it just depends on the service. Overall very happy with the dealership.

We scheduled an appointment for 9:30am on Nov. 11th. After bringing the car in, we received no communication as to the status of repair. After several texts and calls, I finally got in touch with the service department at 5pm only for them to tell me our car hadn't even been looked at yet, due to a "high influx" of vehicles. The point of scheduling an appointment is to avoid this. Secondly, I understand being busy, but I only learned this was the case after I reached out several times. The repair was pushed to the next day, Nov. 12th. After a confirmation the vehicle was being worked on at 10am, I again received no communication afterwards until, again, I had to reach out several times, only to learn that the vehicle had been sitting ready for several hours. This was a pretty off-putting experience as I had to initiate all communications to get updates to receive nothing more than an apology on all the delays.
