If you call, it's hard to get to an actual person. When I did speak to someone, they were rude. My maintenance light was still on when I picked up my car, so they had to take it back into the shop. They left a sticky residue on my window. Will not be returning.

I brought my car in to be fixed because the "engine maintenance required" light came on and they told me they fixed it. When I came to pick up my car they did not fix it, the light was still on, and there was additional things they told me would now cost me more money, because they didn't fix the original problem I had.

Mechanic dirty inside panel with finger marks, scuff the D/S door by the outside handle, and did not remove any of the markings they did to the lug nuts. Front desk and check out personnel was nice.
