Ford has become a horrible manufacturer over the years. Including this shop. I pay for premium care, and because Ford coats their wiring in either soybean or peanut oil, apparently it is my fault that a chipmunk chewed through some wiring, and had to pay $159 for a diagnostic and would have been another $650.00 to repair.

The 'delivery pick up / drop off' service is a good courtesy 'offer'---especially for those Liberty Ford Southwest patrons who no longer have the convenience of using the former Parma Heights dealership. As senior citizens, we feel there is too much traffic congestion around the Liberty Ford Brunswick "premises."

Reached the dreaded 100,000 mile service. Discussed the options with Vicki and chose what I wanted done at this time. Replaced spark plugs, changed coolant and had a carbon flush of the engine. Plus the usual oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Total was just over $900. As always, Vicki was very helpful and nice to deal with. Liberty Ford has always treated me well and made sure that I am happy with their work.

I usually went to the Parma heights Liberty ford, but they merged with Brunswick. It really wasn't that much further. The service manager was very efficient. I was directed to a huge waiting room with options for privacy and work stations- or comfy chairs and tv and multiple magazines. My appointment was fast and efficient. I even complimented them because the other dealership took average of 3 hours for an oil change.

Overfilled oil and I had to return to the service department because it was kicking off the engine sensors. Service person actually told me he wasn't going to charge me for the second oil change even though it was their fault. I had to wait a total of 4+ hours for just an oil change. First time I've had an issue at this facility in the last 10 years I've been going there.

I've dealt with Paul Yourich twice now, and both times have been nothing short but above and beyond of expectations. With getting me in and out in a timely manner, and just answering all my questions. If you need any service help at liberty ford I would ask for Paul and you'll know you're in good hands and will be taken care of.
