My overall service experience was good! My advisor V. was great. He was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He checked my vehicle in and out in a timely manner. The service performed was great as well. I had the regular oil/filter maintenance, tire rotation, and taillight repair. All completed to perfection in a timely manner.

They don't include a tire rotation with the oil change anymore, when I asked to add it they said they wanted $56
That's over half the price of my oil change
I don't mind paying more for quality service but getting ripped of for basic work doesn't sit well with me.

I liked that the oil change comes with a car wash. It says detailed wash. It didn't look like they vacuumed the car nor wipe down dashboard
