It appears that these people do not know what they are doing. I took my car to them twice, and they told me it was fixed each time. However, the problem came back both times before I even left their premises. My service adviser was helpful, kind, and polite, but I don't know where the disconnect is. I had steering lock on the freeway on my way from Houston with my family in the car after they told me everything was fixed.

The elevator was out and I have a fear of stairs but I made it upstairs to sit in their lounge. When it came time to go back down I was afraid. He offered to pick me up upstairs but I said no I will try to make it down as I have been working on this. He coached me down! I made it!! Colby was awesome!

1. Replacement floor mat on Driver's side was not installed. The 'explanation' paperwork left in the car was not clear about the exchange or rather lack of exchange on that side.
2. The CarFax info is not being updated.
3. There was some confusion - I think perhaps, on my part - on the total service cost.

Great service experience. Someone was there to take my car in as soon as I drove up. The waiting area is luxurious with an upscale coffee bar. The service was completed in a timely manner and everyone was very professional and friendly. I love this dealership!!

Service Tech Allen was very professional and friendly. Your dealership does a very good job staffing this critical customer service role.
I always wait in the customer waiting area while my service is being handled. This was pleasant, clean, and well maintained. having daily paper is a great touch.

The gal that sat down with me is just wonderful. Feel bad her name has slipped my mind ! Long black hair and doesn't try to up sale. She is very good. However the older female behind the check out counter is rude and unfriendly. A young man helped me he was pleasant , but she was there too. Wouldn't be saying this however it wasn't my first time to have that experience with her

Everything was fine except for: The last 2 times I have brought our cars in for service, whoever cleans the car does not secure the driver side floormat. This is a very important safety issue. It has happened in the past as well. I think a reminder to your technicians is in order.
