Service to my 2016 Mustang was on time, professional and well done. The fact that my AC/ and heated seats don't work anymore due to a poorly designed connector under the passenger seat has failed. This should be a Ford recall as others have had this same experience. I have written Ford headquarters and have not yet heard a reply. Not happy.

Always a wait to get an appointment then more time for parts then more labor charges at what $60 an hour? NEVER A LOANER BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR ONE THAT WAS INCLUDED MY LOAN TO BEGIN WITH. NEVER NEVER WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE NOR DO I LIKE THE GREASE MONEY MECHANICS THAT DONT FIX IT RIGHT

For a 1 hour service , I waited over 3 hours. My wiper blades were changed without my request (they were less than 3 months old & in good shape) found the charges buried in my bill; and the price was uncalled for.

I have called several times and spoke to a couple of nice young ladies. Unfortunately, they know very little about cars. They referred me to a lady manager and she provided me with misinformation.
