First and foremost, I have patronized Les Stanford Cadillac since 2017, when I purchased my 2017 luxury sedan XTS. My service appointment was for 7am, my service was not completed till 230pm. Oil change, front and rear pads and rotors. I had to ask for a complementary car wash.

The gentleman that checked the car did a very good job of testing but could not find the issue. The car was taken to the dealership where it was purchased and they can't fix it either. They had to place a call with engineering to get somebody to come and check it out. Still pending...

Fast service. Didn't like being up sold for an extra type.of oil. Oil change being 90.00 and up sold another 20.00 plus .From my mileage I don't drive much. Was told that it would help maintain my car.I was surprised about this additional oil. Over all the service is good and every one is friendly.

Everything was great. Especially, because of sales person Rochelle White. She sold me the car and still even went out of her way to help me when it came time for me to get my oil change. Most sales people forget about the customer after they make a sale, but Rochelle doesnt. Shes the best.

Customer service employees has no customer service skills. They were very rude from the moment I walked in the door. I sincerely regret leasing this vehicle. Lincoln provides excellent customer service no matter your race, creed, or national origin. Poor service, I would rate it very low. Would not do business with leasing or purchasing from Les Stanford.

The car stayed for two weeks to take care of the leaks that was coming from the side and it was brand new car just purchased a day a go and had to bring for service, and it was not fixed. It still leaking from the entire right side. No happy at all and very upset with purchase and the service.

I have requested to have the auto stop to be checked because it was not working when you stop at stop signs or traffic lights engine wont shot off when I asked if this issue was resolved I was told they test driving it there was nothing wrong with it but the problem was not resolved and still having problems with it

The overall service was okay. It took almost two hours to have my oil changed. I was supposed to have two recalls taken care of but was not able to do so because the GM website was down. This is the second time they try to fix my recalls but were not successful.

I made an appointment They took my car as soon as I arrived. I needed an oil change and a 30000 mi checkup. They came back shortly and gave me a price and how long it would take to do the work. The work was done in the time frame they said. They washed my car also which was a plus. The staff where on there "a game" The waiting room was clean and comfy. This is why Les is more !

We had been out of town and went to start our car it was totally dead. The key fob would not even open the door. We called the Cadillac Roadside assistance number and Mar respond within an hour. He jumped the car and advised we take it for a drive for at least one hour. He also suggested we take it to the dealer to make sure everything was charged correctly. All is well. Thank you Mark!!

My car was there for 17 days, They didn't even take a look at the car. So I picked it up and went to a different dealership Void this place save yourself hassle. Void Dearborn Cadillac service and sales. They don't even call back. I left messages And no response. What a joke They are!!!
