I had a number of warning lights on my dashboard when I took my car in - the staff did a full diagnostic, explained the issues and options, and helped with a loaner when the repair took longer than the was time remaining in the day. The car is now running beautifully, and the repairs were less than the original quote.

they done good on airbags the prob[em is still there on warning device not working not knowing how much def fluid in the tank before the vehicle shuts down and needs repair. the fluid has to be checked with small stick to see how much needs to be added.

Diagnosed the problem quickly, got the part on order, installed and everything is working as it should. Stephen, my service adviser kept in touch via text messaging and communication was very good. Actually, my first experience with taking the car to Leith, as I do most of my own work on this car.

I feel like I'm in good hands when I take my vehicles to Leith VW of Cary. You can schedule the appointment online if you choose. Drop off is quick and easy and I get constant communication via text, phone, or email messages. The complete inspection video that the technician sends is very helpful to understand what repairs need to be performed now and which ones can wait.

Leith has amazing staff. Theyre friendly knowledgeable and keep you informed. The staff is always happy and up beat. I came in for a warranty concern and tire rotate. They informed me my original concern was just fine and I had an additional issue. The technician informed me of an oil gasket leak, submitted the warranty claim and had it fixed in no time. I love Leith vw its my favorite vw dealer Ive ever been too.

I used VW's Service Xpress, so no appointment was necessary and it took them an hour to change the engine oil and filter, plus undertake the multi-point vehicle inspection that I asked to do. They did a great and thorough job. I would recommend using their Service Xpress for easy VW vehicle maintenance.
