I specifically asked Emily to make sure the front axle zerk fittings were greased. I also asked at the point when it was picked up for the same thing. It was not done, which leads me to wonder if the other things that were supposed to be checked (belt, fluid, etc.) were actually done. Oil & filter were changed, and I really like the pick up and delivery service.

Friendly, no waiting. I called the day before we came and was told to bring my own filter because this is a Ford dealership and I own a Hyundai. Therefore the wait was much shorter because they did not have to send out for a filter and wait for it to get there. before changing the oil. We take my husband's Ford F150 there for service in and were impressed with their service department.

It seems every time I leave uncomfortable with the service received. I have lifetime parts on my brakes and have to debate whether I do or don't. I replaced the brakes on this visit that I was told needed replacing almost a year ago. I have trust issues with this location.

Much different from Autonation Ford on Mt.moriah. They were very considerate of my time. Vehicle was ready as promised. Service manager was great. Will return didn't have to bring the vehicle back because of negligence. This is how service should be.

Ok..Just concerned that the recall issued took so long to take care of. Seemed like service dept. had lack of concern by not offering to direct customers to proper department for scheduling of such recalls. Each time I had vehicle serviced, I was told I had to schedule an appointment for this. Not very helpful to me. Service job excellent, less than hour. Thanks guys

Was given a 9 am appointment but when I arrived it was apparent that at least a dozen others had been given a similar appointment time. The simple oil change was not completed until 11. When I checked in I was told the oil change might cost $25 more than what was quoted over the phone. When I protested I was finally given a quote closer to that which I had received on the phone. By the way, the waiting room is way too small.

Fast and efficient. Thought it was interesting there was a customer shop charge of$2.85 for repair order! This has been on there before as I looked back, but it was on a separate page this time which brought it to my attention! I didnt know it cost that much make out a repair order!

It took all day at the shop to get 6 spark plugs changed, but they were busy. The fact that it also cost nearly $500 with 50 minutes allowed for each plug made for an expensive tune-up. If I wasnt from out of town, I would have considered shopping around for a more reasonable price.

Good battery and warranty, but slowest service Ive ever experienced- especially since I called ahead and was told it would be fast and easy. I was there over two hours to have a battery swapped out! Nice dealership, but that wait was inexcusable. They could have swapped battery in less time than it took to check-in and park my vehicle in the mechanic queue.

Called Landers 10/18/19 regarding psi in my tires. They insist on putting 35 lbs., when the manufacturer's information lists 42 lbs. It's a big car, with big tires, and I don't want to ruin them prematurely. Never received answer to my call; spoke with lady in Service Dept who was going to ask technician. What's up with that?

Passenger air bag replaced. Got car back with greasy fingerprints all over dash, passenger side seat had grease smudges on bottom cushion from tech working in floor area. I had to have seat cleaned.Very disappointed in Landers as I have just purchased a 2018 Explorer from them. I will think twice when service is needed in the future.
