The recall included a parts kit that addressed a potential chaffing problem that could occur with the brake line rubbing against a fuel line. Jean Paul Buisson was my service advisor and handled everything professionally from ordering the required parts to scheduling and monitoring my service, all while keeping me informed. Huge difference from my last visit. This service guy was thorough and fast and also (re)checked my paint warranty after I told him Northshore Toyota denied the peeling paint was covered. Well, it was and he gave me the Collision center pamphlet with the contact info. to bring my car in. Got that done and I'm so happy with the results!
