Very expensive service cost to change a VW Atlas Cross Sport battery ($500+) out of warranty. Additionally, they were unable to successfully turn off the check engine light on my Jetta. They said it was addressed and turned off in their system but it still showed up on my CarNet app, and turned on again on the car's dashboard the following day.

One week after purchasing the car, a sensor fault appeared on the dashboard. I showed up in the dealership and they told me my car warranty expired 2 weeks ago. Fortunately, they worked with me and provided me with a new sensor free of charge. I just had to pay the labor.

I didn't like the fact this was my second time visiting the dealership for the same problem. I thought they fixed the problem the first time. It cost me over $3,000.00 that time. The second visit for the same problem would have cost another $2,000.00. It was no guarantee it would fix the original problem. The re-repairs would have been $400 less than the car cost.
