I asked for a state inspection only. The vehicle was checked over for issues including the filters which were removed. The cabin filter had leaves and acorns on it. When I refused to have it replaced the filter was placed back in the vehicle as is with the debris still on it. Some acorns fell into the fan causing a loud sound when the A/C was on.

They were very quick and customer service was on point. Nit rating 5 stars because the kick plate was not put back correctly after the pil change and ended up dragging it for MILES (even on the freeway), but they immediately fixed it and gave me a free tire rotation as I was not able to make my appointment for that.

Didn't ask for a maintenance inspection or to be sold other things that do not apply to my original reason for my visit. I was also told my head gasket was leaking oil which is strange because nobody else has mentioned it during all my service visits and my car drives great. If my car was leaking oil I would probably see it on the carport at my house

The associate did his job. However, he just displayed a terrible attitude. He wasn't engaged, or informative. Maybe, he found out he got his sister pregnant or something. I usually get my inspection at that location, with decent service. Not this time.

Mechanic did not finish the job and when asked about it said he had completed it. Car did not run properly after leaving KwikKar and after retuning to the shop they could not prove they had done the requested service. Manager inspected my car and confirmed they had not made the repairs and fixed what was needed. Nothing was reimbursed for the botched job.
