I live 2 hours from service and arrived early. Intake was quick and immediate and service was completed quickly. This was my last complementary service attained by purchasing the CX 5 new. For some reason the final paperwork was held up for about 45 minutes after the service was completed.

I had scheduled an appointment online and mentioned I would be waiting for my car. It took 3 hours. No one told me it would take that long. The a/c doesn't seem any colder and I think the cabin air filter was a waste of money. The service people were nice.

We needed to have a key programmed for a car we purchased at another dealership that did not have the capability of programming a Mazda key. The service we received was stellar! They worked us in to an already full day and were honest about the wait; they have a nice selection of refreshments for waiting customers. All customers we observed coming in and out were treated well. Highly recommend!

For one they didn't rotate my tires because of a ball joint needing repaired. I ordered a key fob and the key part doesn't work but the fob does. I reached out they said there was nothing they could do that is an extra charge after charging $450 for it, until I wrote a bad review...then they called but still haven't heard anything back in a week. I will never take my car back there which sucks because I love my Mazdas.

Walked in, test drove car until after closing. Soon as I told them I was interested in the car they took off 2100 because I was a repeat buyer. Was able to leave with the car before even paying a penny. The salesman even drove my old one home for me. The beat car buying experience I have ever had, they went above and beyond and played no games.

So understaffed. It shouldn't take 3 hours for an oil change. It wasn't the tech, but the check out process. The cars were done but no one to cash out the customers because they either weren't trained or to busy making phone calls.

I liked that my appointment was performed promptly. I didn't like that the tech who performed the oil change said that my air filter and cabin filter were fine when they clearly were not. I purchased filters elsewhere and changed them myself.

Before Knudtsen bought Foothills, the techs would record everything and send a video and they would offer to wash the car. Neither of those things happened. Disappointed with that.
