Kia of Cleveland employees are stuck up jerks. They act like the recall repairs are coming out of their own pockets. They said the recall was fixed but the light is still on and the vin is still showing the repair needs to be done.

This was my the first time Ive ever had a car under warranty serviced and I was unaware of what to do, but the staff at Kia of Cleveland made the process simple and I was in and out in about an hour. They also had a decent waiting area with coffee and mobile device charging stations.

They quoted me the Carfax price but added a $699.00 Vox fee which they said was to "pay employees and keep the lights on." They said they would get back to me about cancelling the fee but they never called me back. I received an email from them a few days later that the car had been sold. I won't be buying from them in the future.

People dont care clean inside and wash wax cost a lot money bec frist. I brought it. Last years cost is $93.27 suppose free charge then it will be second it will paid I dont understand where I brought Philip smith kia dealer I m not happy. They will not clean inside then sanitizer spray inside also wash my car too I m not superise I m sadly Thank you
