Had oil chang light replaced rotation of tires air filled. Waited while they repaired was ready in the time frame they said. Comfortable waiting area with coffee.

The people there don't listen to anything you ask or say. THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL THE SEVICE DEPARTMENT, IF IT IS ANYTHING OTHER THAN SCHEDULING. IT IS SO BAD, that we are contemplating trading in our car. I had 2 Mercedes before my Telluride and we expect fantastic service. Isn't this where dealerships make money?

I was very pleased with the communication through the whole process, repsonsiveness to my questions, and suggestions for next steps. Could not have been more pleased, especially since this was during a trip away from my hometown and getting my car serviced was extremely important!

I had an appointment for 4/6, but had to cancel the day off due to a family emergency. When I talked to them, they told me to just bring it the following weekend and they would fit me in. They were true to their word, and had me in and out very quickly!

I dropped off my car for recall services. When I called to get the status of my car the first time--the female on the phone could NOT HAVE BEEN MORE RUDE. I wish I would have got her name-I would be reporting her to the GM of the dealership. My service was done on time and done right--just wish my first contact with someone that day would have been more pleasant

SOME of their customer service representatives were polite and others were very rude. They had booked a lot of people for the shop to the point the waiting room was full and a lot of us had to wait in the main lobby. In the main lobby, they were playing music loudly so they could conduct business with other people's business being heard. I understand that logic, but what I don't understand is why they were playing rap music and every other word had to be bleeped out. Women, children, and older couples were in that place of business, and I had to ask twice before I was asked "Yeah, so what's wrong with the music?". I felt as if I was in a day time nightclub and now one was just not dancing. I thought about trading my car in , but I will never go back there again. I am offended and insulted by the music, that gave me a headache due to being so loud, but also by the complete disrespect of the people working there. I feel if they don't care about my feelings about the music, then why would they car about anything else that has to do with me. I felt all they wanted was my money and we can deal with the rest. With the actual service of my car.. I got home and for the last 2 days my garage has smelled of gas. I have no idea what they did, but I am not happy with this. I received a call today that need to bring my car back to the office to get a piece fixed on my car. I told my I knew nothing about what he was talking about. He called me back and me it was already taken care of and he didn't know about it. So now I know they don't communicate with each other, and that is something important they need to have to ensure everyone is driving away safe! I do not recommend Kia of Clarksville. Take the extra time to drive longer to ensure you and your family are respected and well taken care of.

I called several days ahead of time to schedule service for the recalls on our 2017 Kia Rio. They informed me they would order the parts needed so that they would be there when I came in for the appt. No parts were ordered until the day of my appt. My car was fine when I got there, before I left I had a broken valve stem (tpms) that was leaking air, broken stud, and a cracked lug nut that had to be replaced before I could leave. I went in for 4 recalls, and left with only 2 of them having been fixed, and a bill for $253, for a problem that wasn't a problem until I got there.
