Service was great. Not a long wait.They did a check for winter and explained all the work to me. I was given a checklist of work done. That is something I really really appreciate and have always wanted. And I did not have to request the list. They also did not do unnecessary work (as other shops have to make higher charges). That was a great reward.

They fixed the part bravo. But unfortunately whoever worked on my Jeep doesn't know how to put the brakes back on correctly. When you spend 800 you shouldn't have an issue. Clearly it wasn't test driven..Sad part is I purchased the Jeep through 1 of their chain dealership. But after this my next vehicle won't be purchased at Ken Pollock, or use their service dept for anything ever again.
