Great pricing, convenient appointment, No hard sell on add-ons, wait time half what was normal at Seiner, and service representative was very personable and helpful. Because of the service I received I would for sure buy my next car at Ken Garff!

They showed video and talked as the engine compartment was opened to explain what was needed, or NOT needed. Faster and less expensive that the drive-up places. Wished I had discovered this dealer years ago. They are always fast, friendly, professional, and less expensive than other dealerships in my area.

I had a great experience at Ken Garff. They are well priced and have great customer service. It's hard to trust dealerships but they earned it. Justin was awesome. I won't ever go back to the Hyundai dealership in Murray. Even thou it is way closer to my house.

Good price on the "buy three oil changes at once" package. It seems to me that a booked, while I wait, oil change should not take an hour and a half, however. I get better scheduling, courtesy to not wait so long, with my doctors. I believe they want me to leave the car for the day.

not good. The service tech assigned to me never gives me updates, never calls me even when I'm told to expect a call from him I hear nothing. If I didn't call to find out what's going on my car would most likely still being at the dealership.

They did eventually fix the problem. I brought it in for a strange noise and 4 weeks later when I finally got my car back (they did provide a car for me) the same noise was still there, so I brought it back and it was fixed in a day. I think they are overwhelmed and didn't have a sense of urgency. Inconvenient? Yes, especially since the loaner car was electric. Did convince me not to buy an EV!

The initial communication was very poor, however, after going to the dealer and speaking face-to-face with the staff, things improved. The work was done more quickly than expected. They are overworked, so expect delays in communication but they did a great job.
