We tried the valet service, and that did not work out so we dropped the truck off, When I went to pick it up. They said it was off to the right it wasn't. Then it took a while for them to bring it out for me. The service itself was great but their disorganization lowered the number of stars

They all think they know what the real problem is even after you had an ASE certified mechanic yell you what is going on. They tell you that you need more work done before they can actually do their job but won't explain why they had to do. They just want to charge you more money than what the warranty covers.

Bad customer service to start with. Then they drained my transmission fluid thinking I would okay a service for them to do but did not refill it after I told them no. Thankfully I got an oil change less than an hour after leaving and that place was able to fill me up before I burned out my transmission. Never trusting these people again.

Once I came looked over that car it missing left mirror and cracked windshield. After test drive sales man provided me that they can fixed that for free. Once I got estimate they added an additional service (of course for extra money) that was not mentioned in the advertisement (Plaid Tech). I haven't decided to buy this car.

The shop had me on their list after registering online for the appointment they promptly took my vehicle in got me a lift drive to my work and called me when it was completed. They also did a multipoint inspection for free and advised on some things that need to be done, overall, I couldn't have asked for more on this recall

I have been out to Ken Garff for a rear camera recall three times since October, each time telling me the part is ready. October, January and yesterday. Still no part. Frustrating to take out of my work day to take my car out and then go back to pick it up with the recall work still incomplete.

They have a good service plan where they change the oil, rotate the tires and do a walk through inspection to check for any visual problems I should know about. All at a cheaper price than most charge.
