Fast service on Body work and paint. Liked the fact that they buffed out some rub marks on my tonneau cover. Done several days before projected completion date .The only negative ,if you can call it that , was the fact they needed to see the insurance check deposit before they would start. It was more of an inconvenience . Very happy with the quality of the work performed .

The tailgate was not put back the way it was found. There is carpet in the bed and goes on the tailgate gate. It was not put back. The truck was not detailed or washed. The truck was there all day so there is no excuse why it was not done. I would still recommend service there but you need to keep on them about get done what you wanted.

Poor they had it for about 5 mouths did not keep me in the loop when I asked them to after the first 2 parts came in broken and when I did finally get it back they broke a panel and put a scuff in one of the doors is what they told me but I noticed they also replaced the cup holder without telling me.

Spilled DEF and did not clean it up. Also, I had another vehicle serviced there recently. The oil filter was over tightened to the point it leaked. This happened the last time I took it there too. Exact same thing and solution the last time I had it serviced there a few years ago.

I was happy to get in on short notice for an oil change, everyone I dealt with in the service center was pleasant and helpful. I felt at ease and comfortable which is very important to me. They asked if I wanted my tires rotated and I asked "do they need to be rotated"? Kyle stated my tires are all wearing evenly so it is not necessary to do it now, which I very much appreciated the honesty! I won't hesitate to return again to Kayser.

A week after I was there for service my battery failed and I replaced that myself. Asked if I wanted a 61 dollar air filter and a 61 dollar cabin air filter that I can buy for 25 each but didn't say anything about the battery. That will be the last service ever done there.

Engine knock hours after oil change. Oil wasn't even on the dipstick. I filled it myself because i didn't trust them near me vehicle again to even do something so simple as added the 2 more quarts it needed. Atleast they changed the filter. I had put marks on the old one to confirm that they did that. New filter was not marked.

The tech didn't get the o ring seated on the temp sensor. When I got home my 2023 truck was spewing anti freeze. Kayser had the truck towed back the next morning.There was anti freeze spray that they didn't clean up aswell.
