My car was making noise took it for diagnosis and they quickly found the problem and fixed in less than $100. Before I got it to Jurgen I had taken the car to another mechanic who advised me to replace brake pads and rotors with estimate of $800+ so if I would not have gone to Jurgen i would have ended up replacing brake and noise would still continue as they never diagnosed that problem.

Excellent communication and coordination. When I asked about needing brakes, Jurgen asked if I had the light come on indicating it needed replaced. I told him no. He said I had between 3 and 6 months for my brakes to need replacing then and the indicator would tell me. About 4 months in, the light came on. I scheduled my brakes to be replaced and he replaced them in a few hours.
