Junis at Quick Lane desk did an awesome job. However, the lack of ability to wash trucks with dually wheels is disappointing especially given as an estimate, 30% of trucks in this area are dually equipped. So hownis that raking cate of YOUR customer base?

The staff at Johnson-Sewell Ford are incredible. The don't stop until you are completely satisfied with the service you receive. My car is a 2017 Ford Escape, (purchased from them in 2019) and I got treated like I had a new Lincoln. They are so amazing.

Junis is best service advisor. I was greeted immediately with a smile and warm hello. Service was done quickly and she explained everything that was done. She also gave me updates on my brakes and tires. Johnson Sewel service has always been the best I have ever experienced.

Caleb provided home service at the date and time scheduled. We are in our 80's, so appreciated the ease in getting our car taken care off. The tech who did the job was friendly and explained things to my husband. Caleb gave us the vet discount on the job. Very happy to use Johnson Sewell's services.

Maycie was easy to work with, very knowledgable, communicated effectively and kept us in the loop. She is a gem and yall are lucky to have her! The service was competed in a timely manner and they listened to my concerns. I will be back to Sewell in the future. There are other places closer, but you can't beat the professionalism at Sewell.

the tech was very personable and knowledgeable. The whole process was quick. The only thing I don't understand is that prior to his update, my gas gauge would read around 415 miles until empty on a full tank. After the update it is reading 600 miles till empty on a full tank. I'm grateful, but also concerned that the reading/gauge may be off.

Loved the opportunity to have car service at home. Feel satisfied with the work, technician was friendly and informative discovering a potential leak which will be serviced Monday. My one issue is that I have not received a written report on the service. I like to keep these in glove compartment as proof of service.
