Service itself was great. I scheduled my service online through their website and selected the service required on their website which included price of service. When I went to the appointment, the dollar amount on the website was less than what they wanted to charge me. We came to an amicable agreement on cost but was not happy with the unexpected negotiations on price of my service.

I drove there to look at a truck and found out they had sold it earlier in the day, which is fine with me. My complaint is that the sellers should have better ways of communication with one another so they could have called me to let me know it was sold before I drove 145 miles to look at the truck.

Only thing she stated was something about I needed a transmission flush ($195) & my serpentine belt changed. As of today, I got a message saying Low Oil pressure. Oil is leaking A LOT, from under my car. My brither got under there to look & took a video.

I highly recommend avoiding Jeff Wyler service department. I placed a call directly to the service manager and never received follow up on a transmission issue and now that I'm out of certified warranty I'm 7k out of luck. My advice is to trade in your Chevy and get a Tundra.
