Took my car in for an issue with the Apple car play. They charged me $800 to do system upgrades and said this would fix the problems. It didn't. Went back, then they tell me it's because my phone is too new and that I have to wait for fixes to come out. So basically I never needed to spend the $800. Couldn't you have know this the last time?

I appreciate the time given and extensive battery testing that was done. The manager was helpful and friendly. The downside was, not knowing the Land Rover used a Jaguar battery, testing done locally on the battery showed a good power charge. Became complicated and required several days on long commutes to the dealer.

Always an excellent experience at Jaguar Reno. Zoe, my service coordinator, is friendly, professional and efficient. I get a detailed video showing the service performed, and they stay in constant communication. Although the Jaguars I've owned rarely need anything but the scheduled maintenance, I feel my car is in good hands and very well taken care of.

4 return trips to dealer. 1st for yearly service. Within a couple of days engine light came back on. O2 sensor replaced. A couple of days later engine light comes back on replaced another O2 sensor. Again another couple of days the engine light is on again. Now at the dealer seeing what they can find to charge me for. $$$$ Can hardly wait to see what the will come up with next.

Jaguar Land Rover Reno has always done right by me. My land Rover unfortunately has always had major issues and has turned out NOT to be a reliable transportation. Inspire of this i do know that i can count on them to fix the never-ending list of repairs. I appreciate their dedication to service and great customer service. I wish i had the same feelings for my overpriced not worth the money car i own.
