They tried to cheat us out of about $1200. We agreed to the price 6750 with the sales person. At the paperwork station, and the top line they had over $8000 insisting we pay for something like a warranty. I stood on my ground And did not pay for that very unethical and probably illegal.

I was kept informed of the progress of the oil change and inspection. I was shown the condition of the air filters to make a decision on replacements. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!

While I was having a coffee in the waiting area the writer texted me to check if I needed anything. Service was very fast. Car was inside waiting for me .Tire pressures were perfect when I checked the readout.Sticker in the corner of windshield was clearly printed for next oil change Well done. Great staff and they know me.

Fast and Friendly, I love this dealership! Jim Riehl's Friendly CDJRF of Romeo, MI. They get to know you and do a good job. I can contrast it dramatically with another dealership in the area where I checked and they did not do everything they promised when I went there about 7 years ago! I know cars very well and still do repairs on my older cars myself.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because it took 4 weeks for them to resolve the repair. The first repair attempt did not fix it, so more parts were ordered that did resolve it, but delayed the repair.
