Brian and Pit crew were able to diagnose and fix an issue with my car that the Steeler Ship could not - They got the part ordered and put in and also installed the headlights I bought (for no additional charge) and cleaned the car afterwards - I felt like they kept me in the loop and informed the whole time my car was in there - It was a great experience and you cant really say that about many mechanic shops -

Robert kept me apprised the entire time calling me and explain and receiving permission before doing each of the recommended repairs the shop found. Further, he discussed how much I wanted to spend based on the age and mileage of my vehicle. He was giving advise as if I was his mother. Robert was very through, patient, honest and respectful.

They did a great job. Good communication throughout the time it was in the shop. They took pictures of what was done which was reassuring since the repair was inside the engine and can't been seen after it is done. Repairs were completed in a timely manner as well. I highly recommend J&T.

Just stopped by J&T for my annual emissions test and had a great experience. The staff is super friendly, and even though the waiting area is small, it's really welcoming. The coffee station was a nice touch that made the wait easy. Definitely recommend and I most certainly will be back next year.

5 star service from my first experience until my car was completed. These guys are top notch, excellent service off the charts. They communicate with you throughout the entire experience. I needed a check up for an upcoming long road trip. I must admit I did experience sticker shock, but I needed the work done to be safe and prevent problems down the road. I highly recommend them!
