Overall it took 3 weeks to fix my car. First expensive repair was the wrong one as the reason I came in still was there when I drove away. Second round was also expensive and I couldn't talk to a manager about my experience. Giving two stars because at least I had a loaner car and not stranded for the whole time. Jonathan was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. . The only issue I have is with the actual service department. NOT with Jonathan. When I purchased my outback it came with a rack on top of the car. Subaru did not have issues washing my car. The past two service appointments the department refused to run my car through the wash as part of the service. If that's the case then they should take the time to hand wash.
