3 hours to get an oil change and they get mad if you ask them if they going to take more time to finish, they rotate my tires and they didnt tight enough my lug nuts and lost one on my way home, they checked my cabin air filter and they left it open they didnt closed it bad service

Victor Sandoval was great. the only thing was that there were no rentals available. Victor is what made the experience Very Good. I called ahead but the shop was closing even though I scheduled an appointment and that's when they checked and had to call other customers to bring in their cars and that he would wait for them. He made you feel he cared.
