Easy to get appointment at a convenient time. Staff was really friendly. Got a complimentary car wash. The only negative with the whole appointment was when the truck recall work was done the advisor seemed to have gotten the idea I left with my wife instead of waiting in the waiting area.

I was getting ready to make an emergency trip to VA and wanted to get my car cked out before the trip. Chris at Ilderton Dodge took good care of my car and me. He gave the car and oil change and suggested that the tires be rotated. After this I felt confident that the car was now safe and ready for the trip.

I came in because I was having a problem with my car. I found out what the problem was but it seems like there was no reasonable answer on where did the oil go when it was serviced in July.
