First of all my service advisor, Eric was great. He kept me informed on everything they were doing . I had the 30,000 mile checkup. The only thing I did not like was the $10.09 charge for the shop supply charge. I guess after this week with the tariffs I should get used to service charges. The renovations to your dealership look very nice.

The wait was excessive. I think having to wait for three hours for an oil change it pretty long. I don't know if they over scheduled or what. Because of where I am located I could not participate in the shuttle to take me home to wait. Other than that, the service waiting area was a construction trailer and definitely not up to par for this dealership.

Dealership refused to honor warranty on part replaced last year. Refused to honor the paid for separate maintenance on tires on a car with less than 37k miles at the time. Car auto braked for 2 solid years & Hyundai refused to cover any portion of the breaks though the car used its e brake over 50x which is why the brakes need replacing

Only other thing affecting my rating is the fact that the dealership is undergoing some renovation work (it was under renovation last time I was there over 6 months ago). No coffee, soda or snack machines available that I could see. Water fountains were out of order. No place to sit outside where I could hold a telephone conversation in private.
