Expensive...expected from a dealer, but this was over the top, and the car wasn't even washed or vacuumed out (over $800.00 paid). Add to that the high insurance rates on this car due to the Hyundai /Kia theft issues, and I'm looking...elsewhere. Time to sell and look at Nissan again, or Chevy/Toyota/Volkswagen.

I have no issue with the service. My one issue is somewhat petty: when I got into my car, someone 7 foot tall had moved the seat all the way back. That is something that the KIA dealership never did; my seat was always practically in the same place it was when I left it. Being a very short woman, that always meant a lot to me.
