Have been taking all vehicles to horizon auto for years (since we moved to area in 1998). Horizon was under different ownership in 1998 but current owners I believe since 2007. The staff is professional and very courteous. Their work is excellent. Also all are honest.

Run the other direction. Stereotypical auto repair nightmare Told us we had several things wrong at over 4k total. Second opinion revealed only 1 thing was broken and fixed for $1,100. Don't even give them a try.

Work was good, experience was not. Took 5 days to get my car back. Was charged over $2700 for brakes and rotors, front & rear, 1 rear caliper, full syn oil change, and a cabin air filter. They used a $700 OEM caliper from the dealership, rather than an $85 replacement from an auto parts retailer that would have come with a lifetime warranty. Will not be back.
