Employees were rude and suddenly wouldn't honor my agreement for free oil changes that came with the vehicle. This service had been in place for three years with no problem. When we refused to pay for an overpriced oil change they told us they would just pull the vehicle back around refusing to fix the recall that we were also scheduled to have fixed.

I did not have a pleasant experience with Kolton. I dropped my car off with Kolton for an oil change and was never notified that my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived back at Honda to pickup my vehicle Kolton was nowhere to be found. Thankfully Brent stepped in and helped me get this unpleasant experience sorted. Thank you Brent!

When I got my vehicle back, the drive was very bumpy. The steering wheel was very shakey and kept pulling to the left. So I asked them can you put the wheels back to what they where? Because it drives worse than when I brought it in the first place. He said I will have to charge you for it. I didn't feel right about that.

The service was prompt as it relates to appointment. However there were no diagnostics done. When I asked the intake lady said there was no history available for planned work for my vehicle because the business was sold three weeks ago. So I asked for a copy of all the work that was done previously for my records. She passed off the request to another person and went on break. The experience was not professional.

Had normal maintenance done along with replacing four tires. Service was excellent and timely, and they didn't try to upsell me on other items which I feel happens so often when getting your vehicle serviced. Highly recommended.
