My appointment went on time with my service advisor. I wish my advisor would have explained my diagnosis when I received my text message instead of me looking at pictures and a video. ( a little back story) when i arrived she told me if i decided to wait it will be 3-4 hours. they offered me a Uber home. so when i received a text message from Rockwall Honda I thought i would have received a follow up call explaining my diagnosis.

Took longer than expected but was probably due to it being a Monday. As always, Patti Faircloth was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kept me informed. During the waiting period, I was walking around and was approached by different employees and was asked if I was waiting on vehicle, I informed them that I was, both employees went to check on the status of vehicle and came back and gave me an update. I was really impressed by this.

There were two recall notices for my 2024 CR-V Hybrid. The Rockwall dealership checked out the fuel pump for leaks and found none. Greeted when I arrived. Informed what they were going to do and updated as needed. I got my CR-V back in only a couple hours. Much better than I had expected. This is my second CR-V from Rockwall Honda. I definitely recommend the SUV and the dealership. I will purchase my next at Rockwall Honda

After spending over a month with them, they say one thing, but it turns out to be another, and now I'm not approved because of the credit criteria they use. So they don't use the credit bureau, which I don't understand because if you want to run my credit and you're not using it, you're going based upon your own credit criteria, which doesn't make sense to me. So I was disappointed with them. You have to make the Math make Sense!

I went in for oil change and recall for fuel pump. I didn't realize what was involved had stuff in car when I dropped it off for service. Fuel pump correction took longer than they had anticipated and I spent the day in the area and had to come back the next day. After getting my car I realized that the things they moved were not replaced as they had found them , so basically they left me a mess that I had to correct.

I had a recall repair for the fuel pump. Dylan, the service advisor offered me an Uber to take me home so I wouldn't have to wait, and kept me updated through the process. Then sent another Uber to pick me up when my car was ready. Besides having to wait about 8 months for Honda to have the parts available, (not dealership's fault), it was a great experience.

Each time I go in with a positive attitude and each time you let me down. If my package didn't include the oil changes I would never come back.

I dropped my car off at 10:30am for an oil change. Never received a call that it was done. I had to call 3 times between 5:00pm -6:45pm before I got a live person to find out my car had been ready for pick for hours. They washed my car but failed to dry it so the windows were dirtier when I picked it up then when I dropped it off.
