Because it is such a good car, very little goes wrong...but Hoffman service holds-up its end of the bargain: took me right on schedule; loaner was available, clean, and ready-to-go; work was done within promised time; and pick-up of my car (washed and serviced) was a breeze. Although my main reason for the visit was an oil change, I also had noticed a rattle in the dashboard when going over a bumpy road. The service tech. Derek took me for a drive to make sure he heard the same and was able to fix it. The car is even quieter now. Great service from start to finish

Unfortunately the AC unit in my Lexus was punctured by a rock and had to be replaced. While it took sometime to obtain the parts and work through my insurance company, my service rep, Micki Freeman did an excellent of keeping me informed of the status. My appointment was at 12:30, they didnt even come up to my car until 1pm, and my 90 minute service took 2 hours from when they took my vehicle (2.5 hours from my appointment time). I left the shop at 3pm, it was a waste of time to wait for the service to be done, at least they had wifi and I could do some work.

Had my vehicle in service for a safety recall on the in-tank fuel pump. Got an appointment promptly, left the car for the day and picked it up late afternoon. Filled up the gas tank and found that the fuel gauge did not work. Called service, got an appointment a few days later and they re-attached the fuel gauge. Friendly, prompt service, nice waiting are BUT they gave my car back to me without the fuel gauge working...

In spite of covid 19 restrictions, service was fast and well organized. Service took no longer than usual. Two weeks later, we struck something on the road that loosened some shields and trim. Took the car in without an appointment and they took the car almost immediately. In and out in an hour and a half.
We've dealt with Hoffman Service for over 17 years with 4 different Lexus vehicles and we've always had friendly, excellent service.

Had a good experience at Hoffmans. Oil change, oil cooler hose replaced with all metal one and rear differential and transmission fluids changed at 82,600 miles. The job was completed satisfactorily and all in one day. Courtesy car (Lexus NX 300) also provided. My only pick is that the oil level was only slightly above min when I checked it at home both cold and hot. I will be adding some on my own (0-20 synthetic).

The check engine light was intermittent. My car was dropped of for a loaner. Car stayed in the shop for 2 days but they detected & solved the problem (defective fuel pump).

Good things did not take too long to rotating tires. Vacuumed the front only did not vacuum on the rear. While I was getting my coffee the lady was employee there jumped right next to me just a few inches between she and I. She was making her coffee also and took off. look like she was in the hurry. In this coved 19 season she should know better.
