I was unaware that you needed to have an appointment for an oil change. The guy at the desk was very kind and helpful. I was thankful they happened to have a spot available to get the oil change that day! Also, it's a really good price for the oil change, especially my high mileage Prius. Definitely recommend going here because it's really almost the same price or cheaper depending on other "quick service" places in Janesville.

Went in for routine oil/filter change, inspection and tire rotation. They didn't rotate tires nor change (or even look at) the air or cabin filters. The service advisor wasn't helpful or willing to share answers when we followed up to find out why the basic maintenance work was not completed. I am not confident that they did a good job on any of the work so will redo it myself to make sure. I won't be back.

These folks are life savers! On a recent trip back from the Dells we pulled off in Janesville for lunch, as we entered the restaurant parking lot our power steering died. We took the car to Hesser and they were able to get us in and back on the road in under 3hrs. The staff was courtesy, professional and extremely helpful on a rainy & cold national holiday.
