We were from Ohio and needed our oil changed in our GMC Yukon. We had one vehicle ahead of us when we arrived.
We only waited 10 mins for them to finish the vehicle and we were promptly greeted and had our oil changed and we were in and out approximately 15-20 mins.
We were treated very well !!

Speedy fast service, but a part of my car underneath was not properly re-installed and I had to return to my more local location in Mint Hill to have them reattach it.

Always quick and thorough but this time they did leave smudged areas on the front fenders where they leaned over the engine. Most times they put the work car aprons on those areas so that this doesn't happen. Would have really been an issue if I had just detailed my car. Overall as usual they did a great job.

The lead person who works on Saturdays is always really nice! My car wasnt quite scheduled for oil change as they used full synthetic last time and he told me I could come back in 1500 miles or so. I didnt. I just wanted to take care of it. No upselling here.

Good customer service on what they were going to do, and what they got done, as well as exact cost. No surprises!! Time to complete oil change oil change & oil filter, air in tires, install new air filter, as well as check other oils was completed in less then 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend them.

I got my car in and out and service the transmission and clean the fuel injectors and last time the dirt takes to change the oil. I was very impressed how quick it was and they were very nice.

These guys are always quick, polite, an informative. The only thing that kept them from getting 5 stars was that I found two oily handprints on my front quarter panels that were not buffed off of my otherwise clean car.
