I reported a slow leak in my tire. Was charged $78 to check/repair/rotate the tires. One day after service the air warning light came on for the same tire location. Indicating they neither repaired or rotated the tires. When I returned they found the leak repair it but still charged me $48. VARY UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I usually avoid dealers in the past as most tend to overcharge. Hart Nissan has always gotten my car in and out in record time. The service agent R. Washington explained every detail of what they were going to do. I had a price in mind of what I estimated the bill! I was really surprised when the bill was half the price! Btw they pay for Uber to your home and return when car is ready on their DIME! I will not take my car any place else!

Service manager informed me of a benefit Hart offers to customers that have to leave vehicle. She went over all charges and made sure I got any and all discounts. I called at about 0930 and appt. was for 1030, I was expecting a couple days wait for appt. I appreciate mail reminders with discounts available. I will return for services on my Nissan Rogue.
