I brought the car in for diagnostics on two items: 1) EPC light and 2) " ghost button pushing" on the Sirius XM radio. The diagnostics did not result in any actionable items yet I was charged a significant amount of money for the diagnostic time. They did point out that I needed a new serpentine belt so I had that work done. The net result was that I spent $525 to get a new belt. Not totally satisfied with this visit.

First of all, I was shocked that routine transmission service cost me $566. Wow. Secondly, the three to four hour wait turned out to be 5 hours and 15 minutes. Lastly, they did not reset my inspection now warning light. But I was still overall satisfied and especially liked the video they sent me showing me the underneath of the car and explaining what they checked and the condition of the underside of the car. That was cool. Thank you.

Glad to get recall done. But wish l had been told when I scheduled this appointment about Harper's charging 3 percent for using my credit card. If l had known l would have gotten cash. Also thought they prices were high, charged $22.00 for a screw along with the oil change. Don't know why they needed to change a screw.

The service was fine, but they charged me $20 for a new drain plug and $32 for fuel additive. In 30+ years of getting my oil changed they have never replaced the drain plug, and you can buy fuel additive for around $10. They said next time I can request that these are not included, but I don't think there will be a next time.

I was unaware that new tires were something that had to be ordered and that the work on my car would turn into 2 days. I had to request a loaner car that ultimately stopped on me while driving. I was talked into a restart which worked (thanks Austen) but it was a very very scary experience.

I sent my husband with my vehicle since I had to work and I have a brand new car and it has a check engine light on and is missing. It is a brand new car and pulled up four pages of faults and codes but Harper didn't do anything but clear the codes and tell us to bring it back only for him to drive it an hour home and it did it as soon as he stopped to get gas. Thanks for nothing Harper now we ha e to come back again.

They found a Def fitting that was leaking that we didn't have a clue about but once the service tech guy pointed it out it was for sure and had been.we travel 2hrs and make it like a day vac. As they issue us a loaner as long as we schedule ahead. I think alot of dealers are missing out on using this as an incentive.
